Junior Leader Training
Trail to the Saber
This leadership trail leads boys through a progressive learning process of leadership and commitment. Earning this award is one of the requirements for attending the Elite Junior Leadership Camp where he may earn his Saber.
Requirements
1.Earn eight leadership merits of any color (red, gold, sky blue).
2.Complete JTC and AJTC.
3.Complete one Action camp
4.Serve as a junior staff member at the NC RTA.
5.Read all the leadership distinctives.
6.Read Next Generation Leader by Andy Stanley.
7.Complete the ninth grade.
